Pre-Development

Our Pre-Development services determine project feasibility. One of IN Development Partners’ principle roles as developer is to assess the feasibility of a project. The initial stages of development are crucial to the future success of any development opportunity. Our strategies and process flow exemplify the quality and success of our management team. When a project passes our Pre-Development Phase, we are confident of its success.

Financing and Project Timing

Assembling the Team

One of the key objectives for INDP is the appointment of a professional team to undertake the design and construction. Though some development companies will have all the resources within their establishment, it’s far more common to appoint consultants with specific experience in the nature of the project they are engaged in. INDP will deliver a professional and experienced team to assure project completion. We are the liaison of all projects.

Project Management

INDP will carefully project and plan all phases of the project from its origination to completion of construction. We will organize, motivate and control resources to achieve project goals and timelines. We effectively and efficiently use our many resources throughout all phases of the development project to assure all parties adhere to their defined responsibilities.

Construction Management

INDP will arrange Construction Management Services and will engage in a project from day one of the Pre-Development phase. Our Construction team oversees the project and works directly with the Project Management Team to ensure proper transition from Pre-Development to Construction Phase.
